Director, Nova Pregnancy of Fairfax
Kay Gardner has been the Director at our Fairfax pregnancy center since 2001. She oversees both staff and volunteers who serve women from the community every day. Because she enjoys helping women find their way through difficult circumstances, she personally counsels many clients each year. Kay has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and an Advanced Certificate from Grace Ministries Biblical Counseling Institute.
SLM CEO / Director, Nova Pregnancy of Alexandria
Margery Williams is the current Interim SLM CEO and the Director at our Alexandria pregnancy center. Margery has been a part of SLM since 2005 when she started at the Alexandria pregnancy Center. Margery now oversees all staff and volunteers who assist the many women who come in every day. She leads all development activity to ensure SLM can serve over 700 women each year. Margery received her college education at Gordon College studying English and Education.
Nurse Manager, Nova Pregnancy of Alexandria
Michelle was the Nurse Manager at our Fairfax pregnancy center since 2010 and currently oversees medical services at both of our locations. Michelle was previously employed at a medical pregnancy clinic in Hawaii for 3 years. She has experience in women’s health and psychiatric nursing. Michelle enjoys educating and serving the many women who come in for pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of New England in Australia and is certified in limited OB ultrasounds.
Nurse Sonographer, Nova Pregnancy of Fairfax
Cindy Welgoss is a Registered Nurse who provides limited ultrasounds at our Fairfax pregnancy center. Cindy enjoys speaking with clients every day and answering their questions. In the past, Cindy has worked at a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at a large hospital and restarted their High-Risk Infant Follow Up program. She also became the Neonatal Staff Nurse Educator. Cindy then helped her husband open his first solo OB-GYN practice and spent time volunteering within the health clinic at Trinity Christian School.
